Here at MRT502 Solutions Limited, we split our services into two areas:
Whilst both cetegories benefit from our excellent levels of professionalism, care and quality of service,
there are some distinct differences between the standard services offered to each category.
We also offer a remote helpdesk function. The heldesk allows registered users - both professional and home user -
to log a fault, ask a question or review past solutions and frequently asked questions. By logging a case on the
helpdesk, you are agreeing to our standard terms and conditions for this service and accept that charges may be incurred.
We will always do our best to advise you of any potential costs in dealing with your logged case. If

Repairs/Upgrades
Repairs
If you use a personal computer long enough, something will go wrong. Here at MRT502 Solutions Limited we have
more than 20 years experience in fixing "faulty" computers.
Hardware
As with all electrical and mechanical appliances, occassionally a piece of hardware will fail. We are not only able to diagnose
the fault, but we can also supply, install and configure any necessary parts providing that it is economical to do so; unlike some
of our competitors, we will not charge you £200 to fix a computer that is ultimately only worth £150.
To diagnose and replace faulty hardware would typically cost approximately £30-£40 plus the cost of the replacement components,
though each issue will be judged on its on merits and may cost more or less depending on the complexity of the fault.
Software
The vast majority of home PCs run Microsoft© WindowsXP™ or Microsoft© Vista™ and
occassionally issues will arise. We have extensive knowledge and experience of all Microsoft© operating systems and
are ideally placed to resolve your issue(s) in a timely and cost effective manner.
Between them, our engineers have more than 30 years experience as Microsoft Certified Professionals.
Upgrades
From time to time, we all want our computers to work better, or quicker etc. If you are not happy with your computer,
we will work with you to find the best and most cost effective upgrade path so that your computer meets all of your requirements.
We are able to source hardware and software at competitive prices so that we can offer you the best deal possible.
