Technical Fault

Wednesday 18th May 2011. We are pleased to be able to state that the protracted technical fault that affected our landline has now been resolved. The fault was finally traced to an intermittant issue within the local exchange.

ESET Video

Monday 12th July 2010. We can now proudly boast to have our own version of the ESET SmartSecurity 4 advertisement that appeared on some satelite/cable TV channels last year available on both YouTube.com and our own ESET page.

ESET Partner Conference

Friday 25th June 2010 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of being invited to, and attending, the ESET Partner Conference in Southampton. Not only did this give us the opportunity to meet with many of the policy makers within ESET UK, but to also discuss some of the wish list that you, our customers and clients, have asked for.

Whilst much of the information presented must be considered company confidential, we can confidently tell you that some interesting developments are taking place in 2010 and early 2011.

Product Updates:

Mobile Antivirus - Windows Mobile has been live for a number of months and Symbian OS is in final public beta with an release date to be set in the very near future.
Mac OS - The initial beta program through up a couple of performance issues. These have now been addressed and the beta 2 is going strong. A release date is expected for Q3/2010.
Linux workstastions - whilst there has been a suite of products aimed at the gateway device/file server line of Linux installations for a while, the workstation product has been enjoying an extended beta period. As with the Mac and Symbian products, a release date is expected in the very near future.
Nod32/SmartSecurity 5 - the development work is going well and we are expecting the finished product to be launched later in the year.
Switch Campaign - this will be closing on Wednesday 30th June 2010. If you have missed out on this amazing offer, watch this space as we have something special lined up for Q3/2010!

Monday 7th June 2010. Having had two (2) of our people spend most of last week with GFI undertaking product training and meeting with various Product Managers we now feel in an even better position to discuss your requirements with you and how, if appropriate, the various GFI products can be leveraged to meet your needs.

New Website Launched

Friday, 25th July, 2009. MRT502 Solutions are pleased to announce the launch of a new and much improved website. whilst the previous site was functional, it did little in the way of attracting attention to either the goals we are aiming to achieve, or the services we offer. All of us here a please with the way the new site has come together and hope you will all agree that it is a vast improvement over the old site.

The construction and content of the new site has been a collabortive effort with many late night discussion into the best way to present ourselves. Whilst the new site settles in, there may be some slight changes to the presentation of the content but we will endeavour to keep any disruption or downtime to a minimum.

Here at MRT502 Solutions, we are always very keen to hear YOUR views, suggestions and opinions, so please keep them coming.
