Services
Here at MRT502 Solutions Limited, we split our services into two areas:
Whilst both cetegories benefit from our excellent levels of professionalism, care and quality of service,
there are some distinct differences between the standard services offered to each category.
We also offer a remote helpdesk function. The heldesk allows registered users - both professional and home user -
to log a fault, ask a question or review past solutions and frequently asked questions. By logging a case on the
helpdesk, you are agreeing to our standard terms and conditions for this service and accept that charges may be incurred.
We will always do our best to advise you of any potential costs in dealing with your logged case. If

Educational
ICT
Management
Within our schools system in Great Britain, both state-funded and privately-funded, there are immense budgetary pressures accross
the curriculum areas. When it comes to the provision of ICT services within the school, it can be very difficult for the
school to find the required funds to meet the Government's targets.
Here at MRT502 Solutions Limited, during the 2008/9 academic year, we have found a marked increase in the focus of Ofsted in the
provision of ICT services in the school environment when conducting inspections.
The type of service we offer for to the education setor is very similar to that we offer to the
SME sector. The primary difference is that we understand the pressures
schools are under along with the unique requirements found within the school environment.
Some of these unique differences are:
Software Licensing
The majority of schools within England and Wales would benefit from making use of
Microsft School Licensing Agreement.
One of our consultants will be very happy to discuss this with you.
SIMS
Whilst SIMS can be a very powerful and useful tool, it brings with it a unique set of challenges. Our specialist consultants
have extensive experience in integrating SIMS into severl key ICT systems within the school. One example of this is a tool for
automatically creating individual user accounts for students within the school (necessary for the Government's Learning Platform
Initiative) directly from SIMS or via a SIMS generated report. This tool has proven very successful in several schools in
Surrey during the 2007/8 and 2008/9 academic years.
Student Equipment Integration
The majority of adults would not even consider taking their own equipment into an office enviroment. School pupil's have very
different ideas. Whilst it is necessary for a school to make provision for SEN equipment to be integrated into the ICT
infrastructure, schools have a variety of different policies when it comes to student's bringing their own equipment into the school.
We can help you develop, review and integrate these policies making sure that there is minimal disruption to the ICT provision
within the school.
