Whilst both cetegories benefit from our excellent levels of professionalism, care and quality of service,
there are some distinct differences between the standard services offered to each category.
We also offer a remote helpdesk function. The heldesk allows registered users - both professional and home user -
to log a fault, ask a question or review past solutions and frequently asked questions. By logging a case on the
helpdesk, you are agreeing to our standard terms and conditions for this service and accept that charges may be incurred.

Virus Removal & Anti-Virus Installation/Configuration
Unfortunately, viruses, trojans, spyware and other assorted malware, are a fact of life in a connected world. Fortunately, we
here at MRT502 Solutions Limited are able to not only help you protect your digital world from infection, but also able to help you if
your computer does catch a cold.
Virus Removal
If you are unfortunate enough to catch a virus on your computer, we have both the experience and the tools to remove the infection.
Due to the time involved in making sure that all remnants of the virus are located and removed, we would normally remove the PC
to our workshop to conduct the work. This has the benefit to yourselves that we are in your home and disturbing your routine as
little as possible with the additional benefit that it will cost you less.
Anti-Virus Installation/Configuration
In order to protect your computer(s) from viruses and malware, we would always recommend the installation and correct configuration
of a decent anti-virus program.
We would normally recommend
Eset's Smart Security or Nod32 Anti-virus
and as an ESET Security Software Authorised Partner
we are able to offer competitive pricing on both new installations and renewals.
